Rates & Discounts

For basic consulting and troubleshooting needs you may have, we bill time in a slightly different manner than other computer consultants. We believe our method is fairest to you as the client so you know exactly what to expect with each job financially.

For each job we will provide you with an estimate of what we feel it will cost to resolve that issue along with an approximate delivery time. Once you accept the price quote as described in estimate, we can start immediately working to resolve the issue. We endeavor to complete the job within the timeframe we specify, however, if we cannot complete it in time will either keep working until we do or refund your money. Any additional time spent past what’s on the estimate to fix the issue is completely on us as we do not believe you should be charged more than what you expect.

Although, if we do find another issue that needs attention apart from or in order to complete the issue we originally quoted you for, we will create a new estimate to specifically address the new issue. The reason we do this is because it sometimes is the case when one goes to troubleshoot an issue he or she will find other issues that need to be fixed, or that what was initially thought of as the problem wasn’t even close to being the real issue at hand. To be the most efficient with your money and our time in mind we create an estimate per issue.

Training
Home Office – starts at $90/hour, one hour minimum
Small Business – starts at $130/hour, two hours minimum, $100/hour thereafter
Large Business – starts at $150/hour, two hours minimum, $120/hour thereafter

Demos and Presentations – $449 for two hours
Custom Reports – starting at $50/report
Email and Phone support – billed in 15-minute increments
